Unless otherwise stated within a listing, all yarns on my site are already dyed and ready to ship, and I ship daily.
Shipping Costs:
USA:
• Free shipping for US orders over $50
• For orders under $50:
- Full skeins ship for $3.75 for the first skein, $1 for each additional full skein
- Mini skeins ship for $3.50 for the first skein, .25 for each additional mini skein
Canada:
• Full skeins ship for $9.50 for the first skein, $2 for each additional full skein
• Mini skeins ship for $9.50 for the first skein, .50 for each additional mini skein
Other Shipping Notes:
• Currently I ship only to USA & Canada.
• Yarns are normally shipped via US Postal Service, using first class or priority mail, depending on the package weight.
• International buyers: please note that you are responsible for any applicable duty or tariff.
Returns:
It's very important to me that you are pleased with your purchase. Please contact me if you have a problem or concern, so we can work out an agreeable solution.
If a return for refund is required ...
• Please contact me within 3 days of delivery of your order for return authorization
• Yarn must be shipped back within 14 days of return authorization, and return shipping expenses are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Yarn must be in original unused condition and free from odors, pet hair, etc.
• Custom orders may be returned only at my discretion.
Exchanges:
Sorry, I’m not able to do exchanges. Please return for a refund, and place a new order instead.
